From simple cable assembly to complex cable harnesses and high-current cables, Comline masters the entire spectrum of cable processing. We offer electromechanical systems ranging from small circuits – integrated in injection-moulded connectors – to robust central electrics with intelligent monitoring.
State-of-the-art CAD/CAE-supported planning and production are a matter of course at Comline. In-house rapid prototyping/rapid tooling accelerate our development and production. Even small quantities with a high degree of customisation can be produced cost-effectively in this way.
Our quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. We ensure a consistently high level of quality by means of sophisticated test systems, test computers and simulators. All cable harnesses and components are subjected to a 100 percent inspection at Comline.
With the development of innovative infrared spectrometers and spectral sensors, we were able to open up another business field and advance the analysis of liquids, solids and gases on the basis of cost-effective measuring systems.
Like all Comline solutions, they are geared entirely to the requirements of our customers – a principle to which our qualified employees are committed every day.

Environment
The entire building concept of our Waidhaus plant is designed to be energy-efficient and resource-saving.
Photovoltaics
The roof area is equipped with a 73KWpeak photovoltaic system.
This means that our company building produces electricity ecologically from solar energy.
Heating
Our wood chip heating system in combination with efficient underfloor heating contributes to efficient, environmentally friendly energy use.
