En ce qui concerne les m\u00e9thodes de spectroscopie mol\u00e9culaire, elle se base sur l&rsquo;excitation de la vibration des mol\u00e9cules.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">La spectroscopie IR permet de saisir la concentration de mati\u00e8re dans les gaz, solides et fluides aussi bien qualitativement que quantitativement. Pour cela, nous utilisons l&rsquo;absorption d&rsquo;ondes infrarouges par les mol\u00e9cules de la substance \u00e0 analyser. Avec le spectre de transmission qui en r\u00e9sulte, la transmission est calcul\u00e9e sur base de la longueur d&rsquo;onde de la lumi\u00e8re. Chaque mol\u00e9cule absorbe la lumi\u00e8re d&rsquo;une certaine longueur d&rsquo;onde et est donc facilement identifiable. La puissance de l&rsquo;absorption sert de mesure pour la concentration de la mol\u00e9cule.<\/span><\/h4>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 10px; height: 10px;\"><\/div>\n<h3>Compact et robuste \u2013\u00a0l&rsquo;appareil de mesure<\/h3>\n<div class=\"gap\" style=\"line-height: 1px; height: 1px;\"><\/div>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Le petit IR Sphinx portable de Comline, solide et sans partie mobile, permet de mesurer dans des la zone de l&rsquo;infrarouge moyen (MIR) particuli\u00e8rement pertinent avec une longueur d&rsquo;onde entre 5,5\u201311 \u00b5m (1800\u2013900 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) \u2013\u00a0directement dans les lignes de production ou sur les machines.<br \/>\nPour certaines applications sp\u00e9ciales, les plages de longueurs d&rsquo;onde 2,5\u20135 \u00b5m (4000\u20132000 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) et 7\u201314 \u00b5m (1428\u2013714 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>) sont \u00e9galement disponibles.<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #808080;\">Le syst\u00e8me peut donc \u00eatre calibr\u00e9 en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes mati\u00e8res. Souvent, des banques de donn\u00e9es importantes sont disponibles dans les laboratoires de recherche (FTIR), auxquellles on peut se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer.
